Anywhere Flex provides a digital career matching platform. You acknowledge that we are a technology service provider acting as a bridge between candidates and employers. We are not an employer, an employment agency (MOM), or a labor union.

The platform is intended for professional use by individuals seeking career matches in Singapore and international hubs.
3. No Guarantee of Employment
While we strive for high-precision matching, Anywhere Flex does not guarantee that a match will result in a job offer or employment. Any eventual employment relationship is solely between you and the hiring organization.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Anywhere Flex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our matching services or any interactions with third-party employers.
5. User Conduct
Users are prohibited from submitting false data, bypassing platform security, or using the matching service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our matching network at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
